Dear Erasmus+ Students please find below some useful information you need to get to know with before departure.
1. FORMALITIES WITH THE DORMITORY
Before your departure all payments for the dormitory must be settled. At this point, if you know that you are late with any payments please make them as soon as possible.
The room and bathroom should be cleaned before departure. You should also take off all the bed sheets. Upon departure the room is handed over to the manager. In case of any damages the inhabitant is obliged to cover any resulting costs.
Your accommodation is guaranteed until the end of each semester – you must leave the room until that day.

2. TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS – learning agreement After mobility
Each of you should receive your individual transcript from the receiving faculty – in this matter please contact your faculty coordinator directly. Generally it is given before your departure, in some cases for various reasons it can be sent to you by priority mail within few weeks after your departure.
3. CIRCULATION CARD – “KARTA OBIEGOWA”
Each of you who stays in a dormitory will be given by the host faculty a document called “KARTA OBIEGOWA”. It obliges you to get few signatures – a confirmation that you are clear with dormitory payments, etc.
To fullfill that formality you will have to visit:
1/ administration of the dormitory
2/ central library
3/ international office – as a last place on the list.
4. CONFIRMATION OF STAY
Document confirming the exact dates of your stay at WPUT is prepared by the international office and is given one day before your departure, e.g.:
- if you are leaving on Thursday, please visit our office on Wednesday
- if you are leaving on Saturday/Sunday/Monday morning, please visit our office on Friday (our office is closed on weekends).
We only confirm the exact dates of your presence at our University (within the terms of the semester). Please take that into consideration.
Please let us know by email when are you planning to leave (also inform the dormitory). If your University requires this certificate on its special form, please bring it to our office.
The certificate will not be given if you did not settle all payments for dormitory.
While getting the confirmation of stay you will be asked to fill short questionnaire about your experiences of studying at WPUT.
