If you are interested in a practical placement / internship at one of the University’s units, send an individual inquiry to incoming@zut.edu.pl, shortly presenting what your interests are and including the proposed internship programme (attaching proposed Learning Agreement for traineeship is highly recommended!). The inquiry is forwared to the relevant faculty - the intership will be possible only if there is a tutor, i.e. an academic teacher willing to "lead" the student during the placement period. Alternatively, you can contact directly the relevant Faculty Coordinator.
Placements are tailored individually according to a candidate’s profile and expectations as well as the faculty capacity to organise a wished-for placement. In the course of the application procedure, candidates will be required to draw a Training Agreement stating the general purpose, programme and tasks as well as expected results of the placement. Placement is possible under Erasmus+ programme, but also as an individual arrangement.

Each applicant is required to register through online registration platform available at: https://irk.zut.edu.pl/en-gb/
You will be asked to upload the following documents:
- a proposed learning agreement for traineeship (Before mobility part) - document should be accepted by home university
- transcript of records issued by home university (English language)
- a copy of ID/passport
- a certificate of language knowledge
- a photograph

LETTERS OF ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance letter is issued after learning agreement is accepted by the host faculty, aprox. within 4 week after the application deadline. Each applicant will receive a signed learning agreement with the acceptance letter. Documents will be send electronically to the email address indicated in the registration system.
